Leong and Wong Yew Hoong was part of the 1st
Singapore Expedition Team to Baden
Powell's Peak in Nepal, in celebration of Scouting's
100th year Anniversary. During the ceremonial handover, Lester
received the WOSM flag from the Mr Herman Hui, Chairman of the
World Scout Committee (Executive Board for WOSM). |
